I'm not an "original condition restorer" but I like my units to look good. I picked up a new hood/grill for my B250 to replace the one that I have bashed around for 10 years. I promise to take better care of this one. I am thinking of sandblasting it before doing any work on it. Is this the right way to go? Also there is a hole for a vertical muffler but my system has a horizontal one. What is the best way to fill this hole so it won't crack with vibration but can look like its not there.
