Used to have that problem with my H for years. My father was the only one who seemed to have the magic touch to be able to start it. I finally took everything apart and cleaned every single connection. Took the switch apart and cleaned the contacts in that too. Now it starts like a dream. It sat most of the winter without being started and then I started it on a below zero day with no problems. If you’ve done all that, check it with a meter as previously suggested till you isolate the problem. Tim
