I believe the 815 and 915 combines used the D414/436/466 series engines. They're too long to fit in between the bell housing and radiator. You'd need the entire front end off a '66 series tractor. The IH 715 combine used the German diesel, a D358. You could also use the smaller D312/360 engines, but you still need EVERYTHING that bolts on to the engine to make it work. If you pay a fair price for the engine and all the associated parts, you'll have more into the project than you would if you went out and bought a '66 series in decent condition.
