The tires themselves would have very little value, and you really don't know the condition of the rims until the tires have been removed so you can see both sides of the rims. Use caution. The wheels and hubs do have value, provided the clamps are there and not broken or welded. I wouldn't want to pay much over $200 for the set. If you know for sure that the rims are good and solid then you might go higher.
