i took it to my starter and alternator genious..he took the guts out and found 12 volt guts to put back in it and a little different back brush plate. i dont think anyone else does that or knows how, but it was a specialty item 6 yrs ago. i usually rewire 300 on up because of the 3 bolt starter. maybe someone down there has done that. some people here take the 3 bolt empty case to the welding shop and have them fill the two holes and drill the other. looks all right after paint and nobody knows but the owner.
