I noticed when warm, there is some oil near where the block and head meet. It seens to kind of disapear when everything cools down. I washed my engine with safty kleen so we could do the water jacket, valve cover, etc. and I use to spray WD 40 on my engine when the H was put away for the winter. Could it be WD 40 or Saftey Kleen that got absorbed into the head gasket leaking out when the engine is warm? The oil seems to be very thin like WD 40 but I never heard of oil being absorbed from the outside then leaking back out. I hope that is what it is. Thanks.
