First things first, that is not a Continental engine, it is an IH C-221. An oil pan from just about any IH six-cylinder gas tractor engine or six-cylinder glowplug diesel will work. Just looking through the parts books quick, a D-236 from a 460 diesel uses the same pan, a D-282 diesel out of a 560, 660, 706, or 656 uses the same pan, but for some reason, the C-263 gas in the 560 uses a different pan, but the C-263 out of the 706 uses the same pan as your 460. Just stay away from combine oil pans, they were much different.
