I use on on my Ford, and it has a roll pin that you drive through the PTO shaft after you remove the grease fittings. Which means you can't take it off. I have seen a type that has a push button, just like a PTO shaft has to make removal easy. I plan to get that kind when this one wears out. Take Care Steve
