Hello All, I haven't participated on this site for some time now, on the account of I have been soooo busy. Besides my regular FULL time job, I have been in the process of going through the process of obtaining a variance and starting to build a garage with an apartment over it. Dirt work and septic were started in May. The slab with Wirsbo heat and the plumbing rough in was done in July. I have since, with the help of friends and some hired help, framed up the four walls and stood up two of them. The plumbing wall is next, then to square the tops and top plate. Hopefully the trusses will be up on the 12th of Aug. This place is going to be a hobbyists dream. I am excited about the whole thing. I haven't done any building to speak of since '87 so I have to go slowly and measure twice. The thing will be 32' x 52' with the upstairs being 14'x 52'. I will have a two post car hoist, air compressor, and welders. On another note, Kelly C. I have to apologize. I couldn't make it down for haying operations account my tractor blew a head gasket last winter when I was plowing roads on the lake. My bro is in the process of R&Ring it. good luck sod
