I went and looked at a New Holland 479 haybine 9ft model. The machine was in excellent shape with new knives and guards. Overall appearance was excellent. The machine was located in upstate NY. Asking price is $4900, any thoughts on that price. I thought it was a little high, but I have zero to no experience on that type of implement. Just trying to get a feeling. My friend is presently using a 7ft New Holland haybine that is pretty well beat. Any thoughts appreciated. scotty
