What kind of gaskets are you using Mike? I rebuilt a few F-20 radiators several years ago and I used cork gaskets and old fashioned gasket shelac. I couldn't get cork gasket material long enough to make one piece gaskets, so I just cut joints at a forty-five angle. Made the bolt holes a bit small, and everything a close fit. Also, do you have the sheet metal pieces with the bolt holes in them that go on the outside of the flanges? The cork seemed to be thick enough to compress some when the sides were bolted on the top & bottom tanks. Hope you have good luck with your 20. Ken
