(H) oil pressure

Just got the (H) warmed up for the first time after the in frame overhaul. With the engine hot and at operating temperture, Oil Hot too The "new" aftermarket IH oil pressure gauge is on the low side of the Red area. I put new rod bearings in but the mains were not touched, Rod bearings plastigauged well within spec. Do you guys think that it is acceptabal to run her like this, used 10W 40 oil by the way.My (a) does the same thing, when I overhauled it the crank was machined and all berings replaced, Is this just the nature of the beast ?
