There is no way for you to spin the oil pump without turning the whole engine over on that particular tractor. Personally, I pull the spark plugs and the valve cover - crank it over until you see oil on top of the rocker arms... Of course if you assembled it with lubriplate you could just fire it up and run at idle for a couple minutes before throttling up...
