Don't know what you are going to use it for but will probablly have to run the automatic transmission in low or second gear to get enough rpm on engine to produce much hp or you will be going to fast for much practical use. How long a automatic will take the steady pull I don't know but something to think about also the issue of keeping the transmission cool. I started to install a 350cid chevy in a F-20 frame a few years ago, had it sitting in the frame ready to make mounts but had to put it and put it in my pickup instead. Never did get back to it but my son (age 16) and I have been talking about it. We are going to use a 60's chevy pu four speed so we can reduce the engine rpm down to a usable input shaft speed for the F-20 transmission
