Was cleaning up the Super A while I am waiting for another axle for the Super A. Drained the transmission and differential fluid from the tractor and it was a red milky color. The manual says to install SAE 80 weight in the transmission. The fluid that came out of it looked close to 80 weight. I assume the milky color comes from water in the transmissiion. Getting in either through some bad seals or down through the shifter. What type of fluid was this red stuff and what precautions can I take to make sure no water gets back into the transmission?
