Ok, I just went out with a flashlight and looked it over. I think I see what you're talking about. We have a manual on order, but it hasn't arrived yet. I appreciate the advice. That's the reason I asked for it, because it looked like I could do it my way but thought I better check with those who might've done a time or two before. All the cylinders are froze and rusted up. I put some molasses in each one (filled it up to the top of the sleeves), but I don;t know if it's going to help. A friend said to do that to help break-down some of the rust before we tried removing the pistons.
