Firt thing you are reversed on the charge and servo test ports. Servo test port is under the plate and charge pressure is on the multi valve but the pressures are fine. You said you took the check valves out. If you are talking about the ones inside the center section they don't cause much trouble and they will only keep it from moving in one direction depends on if is the forward or reverse check valve. Remove the two lines coming out of the side of the hydro housing. Put caps on the two fittings don't worry about capping the lines and try to move the tractor becareful the tractor will not stop when you push the pedal you have to stop it with the lever. If it moves the problem is in the drive control valve or foot-inch valve. If it doesn't move the trouble is inside the hydro. Possible relief valve stuck open.Either valve will keep it from moving.
