F-12 Technical question

I have a 1936 F-12 that pegs the needle on the oil pressure gauge and is not getting any oil to the top end. I think that what has happened here is the center cam bearing has spun and the oil holes no longer line up. The way that I think the oiling system works on this engine is like this. The oil comes from the pump up to the center cam bearing. The center bearing is drilled. Oil enters the bearing and the cam is drilled to oil the end bearings. The oil then goes to the top of the engine through a hole in the other side of the cam bearing and oils the rocker arms and valve stems. If the oil has no place to go, it would cause over pressure in the bottom end. Can someone tell me if I am on the right track or not. Any help is greatly appreciated. Dan
