JD: Your tractor is a 53, if you wish to check this for yourself go to left on screen under Reasearch & Info, click on serial numbers, then Farmall, then Super A. Right around the 20 hp range. I have had one of these tractors for 45 years. Or I should say my dad bought the first one. The stuck part on pto. Is this the actual pto or just the engage lever? If lever you may find it will free up with some running. Probably just some rust or crud from the 5 years of being parked and no rear end lube getting to the upper shaft. I wouldn't get excited on that one for a bit. Contrary to modern day belief, these tractors actually come from an era when machines could actually heal.
