I went through splitting the manifolds on my 560 just recently. A machine shop can do it. I had to go through 2 however...the first broke the old exhaust manifold to pieces getting it off (I told them they could as it had a 1 inch hole burned in it that was unrepairable) and gave it back to me. Said they were afraid to go farther. No charge. I took it to a better shop and they finished the job and put new studs in for $25. I thought was a good deal. Bought a used manifold for $80. A gasket for around $18 and it sounds and works great. The bushings in my heatriser were gone. I just welded it shut to seal it from leaking. It may take it a little longer to warm up in the winter but oh well. Goodluck if you go for it.
