Hello, Will be looking at buying a Farmall soon. I've narrowed it down to and H or M for mowing about 20 acres. Want to know a few things about the front end. Since I will be mowing hilly ground and maybe pushing snow so I want a wide front end. All I've ever seen around here is the tricycle front so I probably get one and convert it. How tough is it going to be to find a wide front? Are there aftermarket ones availible and about how much do they go for? Also can I fit an alternator under the hood for going to 12v? And would I want a single wire one like a Delco? Has anybody ever made a cab for an H or M? Would be nice for in the winter. Want to make it as user friendly as possible its going to get alot of work to do. Thanks, Greg

The Rescue of a Fordson F - by Anthony West. Introduction I live in the UK and have for many years restored Fordson tractors (in the main model N's). At one time I had seven restored examples which were shown and used in ploughing matches. As most restorers, I have a number of war stories I can relate on a range of topics that may help other like minded and interested people. Perhaps my first p
