My dad is doing the tire mounting for me, since he has quite a bit of experience changing tires on our H & M over the years. The 24" rims are definitely harder to work with than the 38" though. I found a tire size conversion chart and some info. about what I want to do on the millertire.com website. According to that, 8" was the widest rim made before 1938, so the mounted tires had more of a rounded balloon look back then. 8" rims were used with 11.25, 12.75, & 13.50 tires. Since the F20 won't be used for much hard pulling, I think they should work OK. My F20 currrently has 13x28 tires on it, with 8" wide cut-off wheels. The 28's make the back of the tractor a little high, so switching to the 24's may level it out a little.
