Pretty simple little light system. Pretty much just switch, wires, and bulbs. My first guess would be that you have a bad ground. The lamp sort of clamps onto the pipe that is the light bar. There has to be a good ground connection here. Paint, rust, and dirt sometimes cause a loss of ground here even if clamped tight. My second guess would be that you have bulb socket trouble. I had to work my sockets over one time with a soldering iron to get good connections. Got to have good ground from socket to lamp and wire to bulb. My third guess would be the wire or bulb is no good. Check those first, since it is the easiest to do. You can check wire with a test light to see if juice is getting through it, and you can check bulb by removing it and putting it in a light that that you know works. When I restored my H, I put new bulbs and wire on, and I had trouble with both the sockets and the grounding.
