missing part

I have a 1940 H that is missing the coupling and sleeves which are located just inside the clutch housing dust pan. This activates the pump right? This tractor has an after factory T/A system. Does this affect the pump,or is it okay to get a new part and run it. Is this peice expensive, and where can I get a replacement. Also is there anywhere you can buy cheap wheel weights and how many will the rear axle hold.
