I've got what I think is a big problem on our 966. My grandpa was grinding feed in january and he noticed it was getting hot. He checked the water and it was low so he added more. Yesterday it did it again so he asked me to look at it. I check the oil and its a tint green and there is kind of a green film around the top of the dipstick where it plugs the opening. Is this a promblem in the head gasket/head or is it even more then that?? The tractor has been overhauled within the last 3-5 years. I am planning on giving him a call and possibly taking it in there to get it fixed since we will be needing it for field work here shortly. If this is a gasket how expensive is that? What if its the head? thank you for all the info u can give me. Mike706
