I have someone who wants to trade a International 350 with front loader for a 1943 Farmall H and a 1957 Cub, is this a good deal?

I have a restored 1943 Farmall H (1997); and a restored 1957 Cub (2002)with a belly mower. The dilema is that I have someone who offered me an Interantional 350 with a front end loader for trade for my two tractors. The 350 needs paint and has a rust hole in the tin close to the radiator, but otherwise seems to be in good shape. It needs a seat and has a two point hitch. My H needs starter work and the Cub is pretty sharp. What do you guys think?
