I was using my M the other day, shut her down and then I heard a sizzling sound. Upon inspection, I realized it was my battery that was doing the sizzling. It is a fairly new 8 volt battery, on a generator/distributor 6 volt system. Is it getting overcharged? Doesn't seem like something that should be happening. I just don't want to ruin a perfectly good battery, or have the doggone thing blow up on me. All the wires seem to be in good shape, hooked up correctly and I use 4-0 wire for ground and starter hookups. Positive ground. Thanks, Jason
