I am in the middle of a complete rebuild on my 52 SM and need to replace some tranny gears. Question is, can I use the gears out of an M? The gears in question are: Gear, Driving, 3rd and 4th speed, 28/33 teeth Gear, Sliding, 2ed and 3rd speed, 39/35 teeth Gear, Sliding, 4th and 5th speed, 20/30 teeth Any information would be appreciated. Would you believe this all started with "I want to fix those oil leaks" ! Thanks, Jerry
