I have just purchased a F-20. The guy i bought it from said he drove it about a year ago but he had to have been pulling my leg. i took the head and rockers off and the pistons were filled with orange and yellow gunk. i cleaned them out and the pistons didn't look as bad as i thought. then i took the oil pan off. the crank was locked up and the bearings we wore down and barely there. i can get another engine that is in good condition but the head is cracked but mine is fine so it wouldn't be hard getting it running. my dad is thinking about getting the other engine. does anyone know how to get around all the big money going into this engine and still make it run good.
