When somebody does me right i like to let others know.I bought a water pump from bates last week and paid extra to have it shipped in overnight.Well it turned out to be the wrong waterpump!I expected a big hassle getting it swapped for another that would fit my tractor and expected it was gonna require me shipping the old one back prior to getting the new one causing me to have to rent a tractor and cost alot to say the least.I was very suprised when Patti at bates told me not to worry she would replace it and send it out overnight freight and include a load ticket so i didnt have to pay to ship the old one back.Mistakes happen but its great when the person on the other end stands behind thier mistake and makes it right.I never had to ask for this she just told me what she was gonna do for me!I'll buy from them again!!!!!
