I just bought an F20 at an auction. It runs good, with decent tires, but it doesn't have a name plate with the serial number. There is a number stamped in the frame rail near the clutch, which I think matches the number stamped on the motor. Is this the tractor serial number? If not, can it be referenced to the number somewhere? There is an "N" after the number on the frame, so is it a narrow thread? (The axles look shorter than normal.) I also have a Regular without a name plate. Can I find the serial number on that the same way?
