Time to rebuild the upper Bolster on H

Got my Transmision seals all done. Thanks for the help and the ideas. Time for the upper bolster rebuild. I am not quite sure how to start at this. I have the front wheels off and the tractor is supported. I have a rebuild kit from CG. You would not believe how much play is in it. I can move the lower bolster about a 1/4 inch and real sloshy sounding. If some one could talk me through this step by step that would be great. Photos of your job would be excellent. Thanks guys.
