I' need a new battery for a small diesel I just bought . I hear that marine batteries are exceptional because they can be drained right flat and will come back and are easily charged..moreso than regular batteries. Has anyone had experience with them ? My next question is are two 6v batteries preferable to a 12 volt in the system provided that the battery box will accomodate them?...assuming the cranking amps of the two sixes equal the cranking amps of the twelve...Your thoughts are appreciated ....Mike in exeter Ontario
