Your description is enough that I can help you. That is a belly liftall pump. All 3 pipes are outlets. If you need to plumb a return line, you will have to fabricate plumbing into the filler pipe. Early liftalls had a pressure around 450 psi. Your 1941 would fall in that category if it has never been rebuilt. Rebuilt and later Liftalls had a pressure around 8psi. Reservoir capacity is 6 quarts non-detergent oil.
