I recently acquired this tractor, because of a somewhat intermittant starting problem, I did a complete tune-up. Plugs, points, etc. This was completed last weekend, it started and ran fine. This weekend when attempting to start the tractor, it would not fire. While diagnosing I found no spark, pulled distributor cap to check for spark at points, I found the shaft of the distributor was not turning. Is this common, is there a roll pin? Any enlightment would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Thom
