Pullin M with a 2000 1/2T GMC-pointers REPLY QUICK,LEAVING IN ABOUT 3 HOURS!

I know guys, this isn't recommended, but it is the only thing we have to pull the M up to the cabin with. Our cousin wouldn't borrow us their new Excursion for the weekend... Here is how we are going to do it, and the equipment we have: 1) 2000 GMC Sierra with Tow/Haul, ext cab, 4 wheel drive, and Z-71. Class IV hitch. 2) A 2,000#trailr with a 14,000# CAP with surge brakes, and 4 heavy duty chains/binders. (Dual axles) 3) 1940 Farmall M with nearly a full tank of gas, all the fluids, NO wheel wieghts, but fluid in the rear. Here's the plan: Pull at 50-60 MPH on the 70 mph interstate, stopping every 25-40 miles to check chains/binders. We are going roughly 150 miles. and the minimum on he interstate is 45 mph. Any tips appreciated on the haul. Now for a couple questions... 1)The rear tires are about 2 inches too wide on each side of the trailer between the fenders. (The traier is 81" wide between fenders, the M is 85 1/2" outside) How can I load it so the wieght is 60/40? I was going to back it on, and put beams inside the fenders to keep them from crushing, since all the wieght is on the beams. But if I back it on will I be too front heavy? Any suggestions? Still gotta load it up. Thanks in advance! PLEASE REPLY
