Would rather see you overhaul D358, C301 was fuel hog, besides your radiator wont match, hose outlets are different sides on german diesel, It could be that orings are failing on sleeves, IH replacement S&P sets are 16 to 1 compression, original was 15 to 1. Part number for 16 are 1806470C91. This was one of the longer lasting engines that IH made, parts cost more for overhaul is drawback.
