need help with live pto on a super mta

I was runinng a brush cutter and turned to sharp and put the pto shaft in a bind it made no noise but the pto stoped turning i took out the whole pto and looked for a brocken shaft did not see one checked the pto clutches out they were not to metal but one showed some good wear so i replaced just one. put it all back when i ingage the pto it turns slow and i can stop it with my hand we checked it befor we put any oil back in just in case i have to take it back out. only ran for a minute or less
