Morning folks, After finishing the house remodeling the wife has given the go ahead to start on my tractor projects in the shed. I have a '52 Super C and a '53 Super H. I deceided on the Super H because it starts, but runs really rough. Drained the oil and to my surprise got about a 1/2 quart of anti-freeze. Oh well, after reading posts on this board about engine teardowns, I figure I can tackle it (the engine has never been worked on). Off comes the assorted stuff hanging on the engine and the front bolster (My wife and the Oliver 770 loader tractor make a great cherry picker!) Valve cover comes off and I have a broke pushrod on #3 cylinder (Intake valve is stuck). Head is off and going to the machine shop today and the block is coming off tonight, I hope everything works out fine with the engine. Just wanted you guys to know its great to have this board and all it resources in case I hit a snag.
