finally figured out whats wrong w/450...now i got to fix it

after exhausting my knowledge i had an old ih mechanic come to take a look at it, after about 10 minutes of looking at it he determined that the cam wasn't timed with the crank. sure enough after i pulled the front end and front cover off the keyways in both the crank and the cam are horribly shot. the cam keyway was about .25 wider than it should be and the crank keyway was about .125 oversized. i was wondering if anyone ever had this problem before and what was the easiest way to fix it. i was thinking of trying to get the crank rekeyed as i just put in new rod bearings.
