volvo to b250 interchange

just thought i would post this .the water pump went on a friends volvo penta marine engine in his fishing tug. a new pump is over $700 canadian and the rebuild kit is over $350 .and every day he cant get out before easter (high fish prices) he loses big . anyway we pulled the pump apart and it turns out it takes standard bearings we had on the shelf and the seal for a 574 454 etc was 2 mm to big so i went scrounging and dug up a seal for a b250 international and it fits perfect hes back on the lake and for cheap too. just thought this might help somebody else .
