Allright fella's,I need some advice and have some questions too. I found a 1066 sitting in the shed on this farm,it has been there for about eight or nine years,it was parked after it used to cut a tree down with another tractor and a cable to saw it in two somehow. Something happened to it when they were doing this and when it went back to the field it stopped pulling breifley and then started again, the guy driving it was only 14-15 years old then,so he took it back to papa and he tried and decided something was wrong too, they changed the filter and it had shavings in it so they just parked it been there ever since. Do you guys think this thing would need rebuilt now (motor wise)or could you change oil(e.t.c.) and maybe try to fire it up. What about the rear end, teeth missing or torque gone out of it,or axle problem. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Kevin.
