I went back and read your other post and noticed something. You said your rear rockshaft arms would lift up and down easy by hand and you also said before you worked on the pump the arms would jerk. I am thinking now that the problem might be in the reservoir unit. Maybe the rings or something on the pistons went bad and letting the oil pass by. I dont know much about that unit but I had mine rebuilt and after that had to lift the rockshaft arms and had to prize it up. No way you should be able to lift it by hand without much resistance. Theres a kit the guy got for mine and replaced all the rings and seals. I had to remove the whole unit and take it to him. Heavy little thing and the oil makes it hard to get a grip on. Any of you guys think that might be the problem rather than the pump?
