Tan67: An 806 operating at rated hp would pull the load you describe with ease, in fact any 50 hp tractor would do that. I could do it with my 130 by shifting gears. If you really want to test the 806, hook it on to 25 ton. Even better try towing a loaded tractor trailer. I pulled a loaded tractor trailer up a 30% grade, on grass, in 4th low with 1066. The rig weighed 72,000 # and no drive shaft. The truck was on a corn field, 11pm, it was starting to rain. It was a case of get it then or leave it there for days.
