Well, here on the West coast of Canada we are paying about $1.20 per litre which works out at something like US$4.30 per gallon. In the UK where I often work, they are paying about $2.20 per litre. Of course most of their cars are turbocharged diesels or about 1.9 litres which get about 55 mpg. I think we have to accept that fuel prices are going to continue to rise. We are just going to have to get smarter somehow.
