Try little MMO or ATF in cylinders. Leave couple days. Maybe rings are stuck. Second thing if that don't help, try heavier oil, like 30w. Mine is not pressurized-are you overheating or what? Have heard some A's had waterpumps. Make sure belt is tight and coolant is at least half water. Some people say straight water for max cooling in summer.
