John: Take a look at scotty's photo. The factory brace went up to side of torque tube. Scotty has his braced to final drives, a much better way. Those little tractors are able enough to break casting, thus the closer you brace it to rear wheels the stronger it is. However keep the blade push beam pivot under front axle, the lift easier and higher. If you want, send me an e mail, mine is a total fabrication, anchored at front cultivator mount, clutch housing and both final drives. i can send you a couple of photos. These guys all make fun of me using it like I have a bulldozer. They can laugh all they want, I can use it like a bulldozer, and I do. I have the worst driveway on my road for snow, (wind factor). When I moved here 5 years ago all my neighbors with 100+ hp tractors laughed a my thinking I was going to keep this driveway open with my Farmall 130. They don't laugh anymore.
