A while back I saw a posting on this forum suggesting these tractors all had the same transmission ratio and final drive ratio, even the hi-clearence were the same. I doubt this statment, can anyone enlighten me. I have a Super A with 9.5 x 24 tires and a Farmall 130 with 12.4 x 24 tires. I would say these tractors are close to manufactures specs on low and hi idle. Their low is very close. The 130 is higher on hi idle, Their hi idle speed is about the same in any gear. At low idle the 130 is slower in number 1 and 2. I did not try 3 and 4. If you look this you see the reason for my doubts. Can anyone advise on this?
