Remote Hydraulics for Wood Splitter

I'm considering getting a 3-pt. hydraulic wood splitter to mount onto my IH 2424. After scanning the archives and weighing the pro's/con's against a trailer type, the tractor mount seems the most convenient and economical for my needs. With a new 10 gpm pump already on my tractor, I don't have any concerns about its ability to handle the job. I would appreciate any advice on what the best way is to get remote hydraulics to the rear of the IH 2424.
