Hey, I added a worksaver 3 point kit to my 140 earlier this year. For this kit to "bolt right on", you need the arm that runs from the rockshaft to a pivoting shaft mounted between the rear fenders and that pivoting shaft assembly. (Not sure of the name for it) If that is intact, it is a bolt on. If you still had a drawbar, it would have to be removed. I am pretty happy with my 3 point. On an AV my father had, we added a PTO. Took the PTO shaft/rear housing cover from a donor A and added to the AV. Had to find a different shaft that ran between the PTO assembly and rearend as the coupler from donor to AV was different. Since the 140 is a decendent of the A it might be similar. not sure though. Someone else might be able to give more details.
